'Crust & Garnish Pizzeria started with a single vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, this humble pizza shop began as a quaint family operation that honored time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
The pioneer of our establishment, Marco Rossi, acquired her pizza-making skills on her voyages across Italy, extensively learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her mission was to share the essence of authentic Italian pizza, crafted with age-old techniques and the finest ingredients.
Our journey began as a cozy restaurant with only 12 seats, and while it has expanded to become a cherished community favorite, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue employing classic wood-fired ovens, preparing our pizza dough from scratch daily, and selecting the best quality produce available.
'Crust & Garnish Pizzeria is still under the care of the Rossi lineage, with the second generation now at the helm, guiding our devoted crew. Despite modern advancements, the foundation of our enterprise endures: delivering delectable, real pizzas that unite diners.
