Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Crust & Garnish Pizzeria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy is as follows:
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at +44 20 7946 0958 to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include gift cards and food items that are perishable.
Non-returnable items
Please note that we do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food. If you are dissatisfied with your pizza or other perishable items, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not in its original condition, or are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Changes to the Refund Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page at meadowjunction.sbs.
